50 Cent Getting Sued By His Baby Mama

It looks like 50 Cent is trying to enjoy one of life's true pleasures: throwing family members out of your house.

The rapper is sued by his baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins for breach of contract and unjust enrichment. Fiddy's trying to evict Shaniqua and their son Marquise from their $2.4 mil Long Island home. Tompkins claims Fiddy promised her the home. Fiddy also pays child support.

"This is somebody who was with him when he was shot and who nursed him back to health," Tomkins attorney Paul Catsandonis continued "I think what he's doing is horrible."
