Rock legend Queen is still refusing to confirm who will be their new front man, but there's a lot of buzz surrounding American Idol runner up Adam Lambert joining the group.
Fans have been keen for the rockers to name a successor to Paul Rodgers ever since he quit the group earlier this year, and it's not exactly a secret that the band's favorite is currently Adam.
Band member Brian May previously said, "Roger and I are definitely hoping to have a meaningful conversation with him at some point. It's not like we, as Queen, would rush into coalescing with another singer just like that. It isn't that easy. But I'd certainly like to work with Adam. That is one amazing instrument he has there."
And, in a recent BBC interview, Roger Taylor confessed he was a fan of the pop star: "We did play in the finale of 'American Idol' with the two final guys, one of whom is... Adam.
"He didn't actually win... but he is one of the most phenomenal singers, and I think at some point in the future we'd love to do something with him.
"He is phenomenally talented. He has one of the greatest voices I've ever heard."
What do you think about Adam joining Queen? Are you for it? Or do you think Adam should remain a solo artist?
