Adele Creates Album for her Baby Bump

When your mom is Adele, you don’t just inherit genes rich with musical ability, you also get some all-star treatment in the womb.

The British singer has recorded her latest album under the radar, but don’t worry, it’s not for you any way. The new material is a list of nursery rhymes aimed at one fan in particular: her baby-to-be.

If that’s not precious enough for ya, according to UK’s The Sun, the singer’s been playing the songs to her new bump.

"She has been playing the rhymes to her belly,” a source told The Sun. “It's so Adele can get her voice as close as possible to the baby, so it can hear as many soothing sounds as possible."

Could this be a step one in a partnership with 50 Cent’s SMS Audio for baby bump headphones called “Bellybuds?” Then the checks would really start rolling in. (Not that she needs it.)

The news has already sparked some interest from the child music avenues. The Sun also reports that the BBC’s CBeebies, a brand focusing on pre-kindergartener kids, would certainly be interested.

Adele and her boyfriend Simon Konecki first announced that she was pregnant last week on her fan site.

“I’ve Got Some News. I’m delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together,” she wrote. “I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we’re over the moon and very excited.”

What a class act. Quality personality on and off stage…

It’s also been rumored that Adele and Simon will be hearing wedding bells in the near future.

Even with all the news from home, Adele’s freight train of a career is not slowing any time soon. She recently swept the 2012 Grammies and her latest album 21 was the best selling musical release of 2011.

Who wouldn’t want to here her sing “Row, Row, Row Your Boat?”
