Adele: I May Die from Anxiety of Performing Live

Adele has such crippling stage fright she thinks it’s going to kill her.

Adele is afraid that she spends so much time being stressed out because she’s terrified of performing live that she’ll die young due to the anxiety. “Oh my God, I’m crippled by fear. I have awful stage fright. I don’t know what possesses me to do it. I think I’m going to die young from having so much stress all the time.”

Wow, and we though Adele’s only issue was boy problems.

Stage fright is not the only thing stressing her out. Adele had recently moved out of her mothers home and into the affluent neighborhood of Notting Hill in London, but after being afraid of dying alone in her apartment and being eaten alive by rats, Adele moved back in with her mom.

Adele told Britain’s OK! Magazine, “I’d rather be defeated than one day come in and the rats would be eating me,” she fears.

What is her obsession with being eaten alive by rats? She is aware she’s not living in a Taco Bell or a 1820’s fairy tale right?

Poor Adele has some serious issues, she said everything fell apart as soon as she moved out of her moms home. “After my first record I moved out of my mum’s and moved to Notting Hill on my own. My life fell apart. My phone got cut off, my credit card got cut off, the house was a mess. It was awful. I couldn’t function without my mum so I moved back in with her.”

Hmmm, I wonder if her extreme stage fright, agoraphobia and fear of rats was why she cancelled her US tour?
