New Song: Akon Ft. Chris Brown "Take It Down Low"
Akon has dominated the club scene for years and he's back with an awesome new track. Unfortunately it also features Chris Brown. Kidding. Not really. Ok, kidding.

Akon and violent Chris joined forces for "Take it Down Low", which will be featured on Akon's album Stadium, due to be released on September 13.

“Look at your girl, she all over me/ Nicki Minaj, be my little freak,” sings Akon before Chris busts a rhyme. “Breezy in this bitch/ I’ll make ‘em yell, I’ll make ‘em holler."

Want a hit? Just throw Nicki Minaj's name in the lyrics somewhere. He should have collaborated with her instead of Chris.

Michael Jackson & Akon: "Hold My Hand" Premieres
This may a bring a tear to your eyes, Michael Jackson fans! The late King of Pop has just debuted his first official posthumous single with Akon called “Hold My Hand.”

Now this is the Michael we all love—that “Breaking News” song was good, but I’m still on fence on whether or not that’s really him. One person who isn’t too happy about this, or any other song from the grave, coming out is will.i.am.

He said, “Whoever put it out and is profiting off of it, I want to see how cold they are. To say that what [Michael] contributed during his life wasn’t enough. He just wasn’t any ordinary artist. He was a hands-on person. To me it’s disrespectful. There’s no honoring.”

“Michael Jackson songs are finished when Michael says they’re finished,” Will says. “Maybe if I never worked with him I wouldn’t have this perspective. He was very particular about how he wanted his vocals, the reverb he used…he was that hands-on.”

Regardless of whether or not Michael is fuming in his grave right now, this is a good jam. And it’s getting me through my Monday blues!
