Amy Winehouse to Perform First Time in 8 Months

Amy Winehouse is heading back to the stage! But don’t get too excited. Because unless you’re vacationing in St. Lucia, you won’t be able to see her live.

According to People, Amy is due to perform at the St. Lucia Jazz Festival, which will mark her first performance in eight months.

Amy says she’s honored to be a part of the event, and will be appearing on the same bill as Chaka Khan and Patti LaBelle.

Amy said in a statement Friday, "Since I first came to the island, I have been greeted with nothing but kindness and friendship, as well as incredible music and the most beautiful of settings. I have made friends for life and have been inspired by my surroundings."

Will she be debuting some of her new material?? We hope so! This could be the beginning of Amy getting back on track!
