She started out as 1/5 of “Making The Band” girl group Danity Kane, but this time she’s going solo with a new single “Wrecking Ball” which she will debut on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on Monday night, April 23, 2012.
The song will become available online the same day on iTunes.

Danity Kane officially folded last month because two more members of the group left after Aubrey did. The two remaining girls were forced to move on because they were left with no choice.
But now, Aubrey is probably feeling the pain of the economy because she seems to be crawling back to the idea of a reunion. She tells MTV.com, "Danity Kane was a wonderful group, and like all things, nothing is forever. We had a great run and we were very successful.”
"I have so much respect for that situation, if there was ever interest in me coming back …and making music with the girls, I would never say no to something like that."
The real question is, is the feeling mutual? We think not. The girls and Diddy haven’t had many nice things to say about her in recent months. Plus, what happened to her so-called “solo career?” We think Aubrey’s painted herself into a corner with this one.
