The Best Grammy Performances

The 56th Annual Grammys went down last night and were full of exciting performances. Here are the pick of the litter:

The show kicked off with a bang as Beyonce sang out the opening bars to 'Drunk in Love' while gyrating atop a chair in a tight and strappy booty-centric outfit. Her performance was, as usual, flawless. Jay Z casually strutted his way out towards the end of the song and dropped some rhymes as they stepped towards the front of the stage. Pop's power couple ended the performance back-to-back before turning and sharing a look and a kiss. Somewhere, in a gold-plated underground bunker, the Illuminati are smiling.

Pink soared above the crowd with a display of impressive acrobatics before sharing a duet with a moustachioed and pitchy Nate Ruess. Pink's was definitely the most unique performance of the night.

Odd couple pairing Imagine Dragons and Kendrick Lamar delivered the surprise performance of the night. It was packed with intensity and both acts seemed to really enjoy the other. In the crowd, nobody was getting more down than Taylor Swift. It was big, loud, and intense.

Stevie Wonder and Nile Rodgers led a jammy version of Daft Punk's 'Get Lucky' in an old-school recording studio setting. Pharrell Williams, still wearing that silly hat, took the lead until the French duo appeared, clad in white and fiddling away while throwing in shades of Chic's "Freak Out" and their own "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" as the stage around them lit up in flashing neon glory.

Macklemore closed out the night with a heartfelt performance of "Same Love" as 34 couples were wed on stage. For some reason, Madonna came out dressed like a cowgirl in satin and the chorus closed with "Open Your Heart"
