It hasn’t been easy for Bey and Jay lately. With the whole elevator attack incident, infidelity rumors, and divorce speculation, the entire world now knows the Carters have problems, just like any other couple.
They’ve been attacked at every turn. The latest allegation is that their On The Run Tour is going to flop because ticket sales are low. According to Perez Hilton, many of the venues are hardly sold out, even though the tour kicks off in Miami tomorrow.
However, a recent report from Forbes reveals that the tour isn’t doing as bad as other sources claim. The On The Run Tour is, in fact, going to be the second highest-grossing tour ever. Ticketmaster has stated that the tour is on its way to selling close to one million tickets, which means nearly $100 million will be collected. Mr. and Mrs. Carter will rake in about $5 million in gross sales PER SHOW. They are a clear second behind U2, whose 360 Tour grossed $736 million across 110 dates.
