Even though Beyonce's album “4” dropped 63% in sales in its second week out, it's still #1 on Billboard's Top 200 chart. Which proves that people aren't buying music.
“4” sold a little over 400,000 copies in it's first week and only 100K this past week. I guess the title of the album means “only 4” as in “only 400,000 copies. “
I don't wanna name names, but Lady Gaga's album “Born This Way” sold 1.11 million albums in its first week. Just Sayin.
But, Beyonce is such a superstar, she could release an entire duet album with Rebecca Black and everyone would still love her.
In other chart news, Adele still sits in the number 2 spot followed by Selena Gomez & The Scene who moved up a spot to #3.
Lloyd finally entered the Top 10 line-up with his album King of Hearts. The other top ten spots are filled with some 11-year-old from America's Got Talent Jackie Evancho and Jason Aldean, a country singer.
We only need to worry when Beyonce is passed up for the #1 spot by that 11 year-old.
