Beyonce To Release Double Album

Beyonce stopped by TRL today to bring everyone up to speed on her new album coming out. And what we found out was that she won’t be releasing one album/ She’s releasing two!

Her new album will be a 17-song double disc. One half will be called I Am…Beyonce, comprised of ballads. And the other one will be called I Am…Sasha, and will feature dance tracks. That’s why Beyonce released two different singles last week. Makes sense now!

She recorded over 70 tracks for the album, telling fans on her MySpace page, “I have taken the time so I can create my sound. I have poured my heart and soul into it. It is my baby.” She will also reportedly be releasing a video disc in February with clips for every song along with a Spanish-language version of the album, and a 110-date world tour that’s set to launch in April.
