Beyoncé has just unleashed an extended version of her tour promo video that is so good, we don’t even feel worthy enough to watch it.
On Thursday, a full length TV ad highlighting the priority sales for the O2 London stop of her upcoming Mrs. Carter Tour hit YouTube. In it, her majesty Beyoncé is treated like the queen of pop (and of humanity) that she is.
No, she doesn’t talk or sing in the spot. She just is, and is is plenty.
Surrounded by a Victorian era set, the “Run This Town” singer suits up with the help of her staff in a diamond-encrusted gown, crown, and boots… They zip, they tug a corset, and they open a set of double-doors just in time for Queen Bey to burst in.
As if this two-minute spot could get any more epic, the thing is shot in jaw-dropping slow-motion ala 300.
Beyoncé struts in, decked in diamonds, and backed by her servants and jesters. They dance—her moves subtle and their's extreme—in a complementing explosion of awesomeness.
This thing would make someone who’s never even heard of Beyoncé (if that is even possible!) want to see the show.
