Britney Teams Up With Russell Brand For VMA Promo

Britney Spears will be making an appearance for this year's VMAs after all! She'll be appearing alongside host Russell Brand for a promo spot for the show.

Sources say it's mostly ad-libbed, with Russell asking Brit for advice on hosting the show. There's also a 9000 pound elephant in the room, literally.

It can only give us hope that Brit is planning a performance for the show! That would be the ultimate comeback!
