Sex Pistols Want Britney

The Sex Pistols' Johhny Lydon, aka Johnny Rotten, want to write a song for Britney Spears to help her turn her life around. He say he empathizes with her personal problems and feels inspired to collaborate with her.

He says, "I haven't written a song for Britney yet but I would love to. I'd like to help out because there's a girl who needs some help. She's been hurt. And hurt is the root core essence of good music."

Way to get on the bandwagon. Who doesn't want a piece of Brit right now? Plus he's a little late on the scene.  Sounds like Johnny wants a career boost for himself, and not Britney.
