The reigning male and female vocalists in country music are set to be this year's hosts at the Country Music Awards. That's right, Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will be co-hosting country's biggest night for the CMAs.
Both Carrie and Brad are really excited for their duties. Brad says, "I'm thrilled to have this opportunity to host the Awards show. We're going to have a good time – start to finish.
Carrie says, "I am so excited to host a show I grew up watching, and am so thrilled to spend this night with the fans and Brad. It's going to be a party!"
Carrie and Brad have worked together in the past, first touring together in 2006, then teaming up for a duet on his album 5th Gear last year.
Other performer for the evening include performers include Brooks & Dunn, Kenny Chesney, Alan Jackson, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Sugarland, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban, with more performers to be announced soon. The CMAs air November 12th on ABC.
