Chris Brown Continues Comeback- Launches North American Tour

Chris Brown. I don't really understand his fame. I get that he's talented, sure, whatever. But like, do Chris Brown fans forget that he low-key BEATS HIS GF'S? Alright, getting off my soap box.

OK, Chris Brown is trudging onwards with his comeback and is launching a 28 date North American tour that starts off in Ontario, Canada.

No word yet on whether the tour includes any European dates, so far he's set to touch down in major stops like LA's Staple Center and Washington D.C.'s Verizon Center.

The tour launches September 12 and wraps up on October 30.

Because Brown is such a baller, he has not 1, not 2, but 3 opening acts and these aren't your typical B-list artists. He is being joined by Kelly Rowland, T-Pain, and Tyga.

Let's take a look at the progression of Chris Brown's comeback.

In 2008 and 2009, Brown disappeared for a while and was not being allowed to attend any awards shows due to Rihanna's restraining order. Then in October of 2010, Breezy released the single "Yeah 3x" but it wasn't a huge hit, 3 months later he dropped the second single, "Look at Me Now" featuring Busta Rhymes and Lil Wayne and that was the song that put Chris Brown back on the map.

Then in March he debuted his album F.A.M.E and featured songs with artists like Justin Bieber, Ludacris, Tyga, and Benny Bennassi.

He went on a 4 city tour in Australia and was picking up steam, but it was in June when he won nearly every award he was nominated for and performed twice during the 2011 BET Awards that everyone realized Chris Brown was back and not going anywhere. Collection ambivalent rejoicing. Yaeeee....?

Since then he's collaborated with Joe Jonas and is featured on the current radio hit "My Last" with Big Sean.

That's not all, he just released a mixtape last week. The mixtape, "Boy In Detention" dropped last week and features Brown taking a stab at rapping and surprisingly he's not half bad.

Now, with an upcoming tour, Chris Brown is working overtime to reverse his bad boy image, and whether we like it or not, it's working. Once a fan, always a fan, and Chris Brown fans are hardcore. Have you ever wrote a mean Chris Brown tweet? You will receive hate mail. It's the weirdest.
