The fans have spoken and Christina Aguilera's Dirrty music video was voted the sexiest music video ever. That's quite an honor!

Christina's mesh bikini-clad performance in the 2002 film topped an MSN Music survey of more than 1,000 fans, grabbing 41 per cent of the votes.

Britney Spears came in second with her "I'm a Slave 4 U" video and Kylie Minogue was placed third for her video "Spinning Around."

Beyonce's "Crazy In Love" snagged the number four spot, while the Pussycat Dolls' "Don't Cha" rounded out the top five.
