Azealia Banks Steals the Show at Coachella Again

Azealia Banks made her US debut at Coachella last weekend, and proved that she’s a force to be reckoned with. She came back for week two of the music festival and commanded an even larger audience thanks in part to #AzealiaBanks trending on twitter and word spreading like wildfire about this relatively unknown female MC.

She raps at lightning speed and trills through a 30-minute set completely live. I’d pay good money to see Nicki Minaj actually perform live for that long.

Azealia was born in Harlem, New York but her dad is from Barbados, which is evident in Azealia’s thick Barbadian accent.

Video: Radiohead Performs 2-hour Set at 2012 Coachella

Radiohead closed out Coachella’s Saturday night with a 2-hour performance. They gave not one, but two encore performances.

Almost everyone who came out to Coachella stuck around for the late night performance. Radiohead was there during Coachella’s first ever show in 2004 and proved their worth as one of the greatest rock bands of their generation.
