Coldplay Crowned Best Act In The World

Coldplay came up a big winner at Monday night's Q Awards in London. They also won Best Album for Viva la Vida, or Death and All His Friends. When Chris Martin accepted the award, he told the audience that Coldplay is "the greatest band in the world." But don't worry! Chris isn't that cocky. He went on to say, "Well, not quite the biggest band. U2 are on holiday. Radiohead are on holiday. I don't think we're the best act in the room, let alone the world."

Other winners included Duffy, who won the award for Breakthrough Artist, Keane, Vampire Weekend, the Kaiser Chiefs, the Last Shadow Puppets, Adam Ant, who won the Q Icon Award, and Meat Loaf.

Although Chris Martin was joking, there are a lot of people out there who would agree that Coldplay is the best band in the world right now, or at least up there!
