Police Shut Down Black Eyed Peas Concert

Police shut down a Black Eyed Peas concert in San Diego on Monday night after receiving several noise complaints from neighbors.

The band was performing outdoors for the opening of the Hard Rock Hotel and at 11:15pm the police pulled the plug.

One concertgoer says, "Locals as far as two miles away were complaining about the loud music."

The group was allowed a few minutes to wrap up 'Where Is the Love,' which Fergie dedicated to the police.

Proceeds from the use of the room at the hotel were being donated to the groups charity, Peapod Foundation, so it sucks that they police had to rain on their parade.
