That's not just the sounds of wedding bells...
That's the voice of Florence and The Machine frontwoman Florence Welch performing at the holy matrimony of Reynolds-Lively.
However, the only talking she'll be doing on the hush-hush ocassion was the singing she did at the pair’s secret wedding.
The singer serenaded the bride, groom, and their guests at the hush-hush Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina reception. The two are known to be good friends. Florence appeared on an episode of "Gossip Girl" last year.
According to Kacie Faulling, the celebrity hair and makeup artist who prepped her for the wedding tells Celebuzz that “singing at the wedding was [Florence’s] gift to them.”
Florence reportedly sang three songs at the secretive occasion, though no word yet on what they were.
“She wasn’t allowed to say anything,” Faulling says of Florence’s invite. “Blake and Ryan wanted it to be kept a secret. She wasn’t even allowed to bring her cell phone in to the wedding. No one could take pictures.”
Known for her soaring and ethereal vocals, Florence was noticeably tight-lipped about the event for which she was to perform.
“She told me the people getting married were good friends of hers,” the stylist said of their conversation. “I asked how she knew them and she said ‘through the industry.’”
