Nothing says youth like a fun tea party. "Youth" singer Foxes (born Louisa Rose Allen) stopped by the Stereotude Studios to partake in her favorite pastime. The 24-year-old singer revealed the inspiration behind her hit song and told us how she felt when she was approached by super producer Zedd. She even chatted about her mum.
"A lot of people wanted me to get a 9 to 5 job... I just don't think I suit that. I just wanted to run off and have fun and eat cake and play with Barbie dolls and stuff." She forgot to mention singing while skipping. Whether she expected it or not, she has achieved grown-up success with her golden set of pipes. She hit number one on the dance charts with her hit single, "Clarity." The recording academy took notice and nominated the song for Best Dance Recording of 2013.
The odds are good for our favorite tea party guest to snag an award. Tune into the Grammy Awards on CBS, on January 26, 2014 7/8 Central to find out.
