Guns N' Roses Announce UK Tour

Wait, these guys are still alive? Huh, you learn something new everyday.

After a successful sold out world tour last year, Guns N’ Roses has decided to return to the tour circuit and will do six shows in Britain beginning in November.

The band is also planning to come out with some new material, because eventually some of us are going to have to retire “Welcome To The Jungle” as our go-to Karaoke song.

“What I can say is making a new album absolutely is our main priority. And I cannot wait to get working on it,” says guitarist DJ Ashba.

“Axl Rose [singer] has tons and tons of stuff recorded as it is,” says DJ, “I mean, he sits there in his hotel room and he’ll play me hours of stuff. And I’ve written over ten songs – I think 12 songs now – for him that he really likes.”

No idea when this new album will land, as it took the band 14 years to make their last album, so maybe in another 14 years we’ll hear some new music.

“I can’t give anybody a definite date, because I’m not gonna give anybody false hope. But it’s absolutely everybody’s goal to get out an album within a reasonable amount of time,” says DJ.

Is 14 years “reasonable”? Probably not.
