A New Jersey woman says that the Hannah Montana fan club made claims that the membership would make it easier to access tour tickets, but apparently she had a little bit of a hard time.
The fan club lured in thousands of individuals to purchase memberships with the understanding that they would be able to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
"While the club and the Web site do not guarantee ticket availability, they explicitly state that members who log on shortly after tickets become available will have a good opportunity to get tickets," said Pittsburgh attorney Rob Peirce.
"In reality, the vast majority of club members, including those who logged on at the appointed time or shortly thereafter, were unable to obtain concert tickets."
This is hilarious! So if any of you have joined the Miley Cyrus fan club but couldn’t get any Hannah Montana tickets you could join the class-action lawsuit by calling 800-543-9859.
