Heidi's Album Sells Less Than 1000 Copies
Heidi Montag better find herself a backup career, because she is not going to cut it as a singer! She released her first album this week, Superficial, and it has only sold 1000 copies.

Sources tell Us Weekly there have only been 658 downloads since the record was released. As Hollyscoop previously reported, Heidi mentioned that "within the first week, we will definitely make our money back."

She had told EW, "I put every dollar I have into this. I've spent over $1 million, almost $2 million, on this album. It's cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album because I wanted it to be that quality... The songs will make an impact in pop history."

That’s the problem with her and husband Spencer Pratt—they're under this deranged impression that the world views them as real celebrities with true talent. Not only is Heidi an awful singer, but the plastic surgery nonsense hasn’t done anything for her credibility. Sadly, this is probably just the beginning of a very long downfall for the both of them.
Heidi Montag Releases First Album
We feel like we’ve already heard enough Heidi Montag music to last us a lifetime, but sadly this is just the beginning. The Hills star has just released her first album entitled Superficial.

Heidi she says she "wanted it to be a fun, empowering mix that you could really dance to.”

"I want to make the new 2010 version of a pop star," she tells People. "I want to become a galaxy star."

As for the title, Heidi says “Superficial” refers to the way she believes people perceive her. "That's the world I live in and how people think I am but it's really just the surface. People are just getting to know a whole new Heidi. I put my heart my heart into this music and it'll really show,” she says.

Take a listen to the song below. If Heidi really wants to be respected by an artist, she may want to hire a new songwriter.
