Sweatin' With Heidi Montag

Heidi Montag's video for Overdosin' is out, and what, did that take like two days to edit?!

It features Heidi as an 80s-style aerobic instructor teaching a class in slo-mo. What we're confused about is the fact that she told Ryan Seacrest that the song is about when you fall in love with someone and you "overdose" on them.

But the video just shows Heidi prancing around with one of her creepy mustached students ogling her. Something tells us she didn't put too much thought into any of it.
