Jay Sean is the man behind the 2009 pop smash hit, "Down" but says this new mixtape will show a different side of the singer.
"For me, it's my new passion project," Jay Sean told Rap-Up TV, "It's a little nod to throwback R&B, the stuff that I grew up to. It's just fun. It's not going in there and over-thinking anything. It's just doing some stuff that I wanted to do, perhaps doing some stuff that America hasn't heard. It's showing the other side of me. It's my other love, my hidden love."

Jay Sean collaborated with Sean Paul and Lil Jon on the catchy track, which is all about remembering the good times in your life. The three guys shot the New York City-inspired video on New York street at Paramount Studios last week.
“See, I’m a postive person, ya know?” Jay told Hollyscoop. “I like to make people happy. And for me, I wanted to do an anthem that when it drops in the club, it doesn’t matter what’s going on in your life, you wile out, you act stupid, you get together with your boys, with your girls, or whatever it is, and you remember the good times, and there’s always a reason to be happy.”
Jay, Sean, and Jon are all so different sounding, and we love how they came together! The video features a ton of dancers, who were at the shoot until 8am that morning! Talk about dedication.
“Do You Remember” is featured on Jay Sean’s new album All Or Nothing, which drops on November 23rd. Check out Hollyscoop’s behind-the-scenes look at the shoot below!
