Jay Z Compares Beyonce to Michael Jackson

Jay-Z says it's blasphemous to compare Beyonce to Michael Jackson, but he also said his wife is "like the second coming," which is a semi- blasphemous thing to say. So what is it Jay-Z? Let's let him explain...

Jay tells Miami radio station 99 Jamz why he thinks his wife Beyonce might be better than Michael Jackson. Gasp! "What I've learnt from her is similar to what I learnt from [Michael Jackson] - and I know that's blasphemy to compare the two because Mike was such an innovator, but I think she's like the second coming."

Ok, Jay-Z and Beyonce are like the King and Queen of hip-hop but Michael is the original Prince of Pop, so like can we say they tie!? Everyone ties, everyone's happy, I don't think Jay-Z wants Michael Jackson fans on his ass.

Jay-Z also tells the radio station that Beyonce is a "machine," and while most wives would hate to be called that, Jay-Z means it as a compliment.

"The hard work and dedication that she puts into her shows, it just makes you want to work harder at your own craft. She's like a machine."

On behalf of everyone who's listening to "Watch The Throne" this week, we'd like to thank Beyonce for being such a machine and pushing Jay to create such a perfect album.

Though Jay-Z meant no hard feelings to the late great Michael Jackson, he's recently been approached to join the "Michael Forever" tribute concert.

The Michael Forever concert will take place at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom, and proceeds will benefit the AIDS Project Los Angeles and the UK charity The Princes Trust.

Artists already taped to perform at the concert include Christina Aquilera, Cee Lo Green, Craig David, Leona Lewis and Smokey Robinson. Justin Bieber, Chris Brown and Kanye West have all been approached to perform as well. If Jay-Z joins the show, you know Kanye West will follow suit. And if Kanye says yes, Chris Brown will. And since Chris Brown and Justin Bieber are like bromance buddies, you know he'll sign up too.

Jay-Z recently topped Forbes "Cash Kings" list, meaning he's made the most money this last year as any artist who's primary career is defined as hip-hop or rap. He topped the list making $37 million in 2011. Who's the machine now, Beyonce?
