Jay Z continued his Magna Carta world tour with a stop in North Carolina recently and offered fans proof that fatherhood has given the rapper a soft spot. Jay spotted a young fan in the audience holding up a sign that said, "can I rap for you?" Hov brought the 12-year-old on stage to give his own (kid friendly) a capella rendition of "Clique." Jay did have to stop the mini-rapper one time, instructing him to cut out the drug dealing part of the verse and "go back to the numbers." The most surprising part? The kid was actually good!
Check out Jay in his new fatherly role with the young protégé.
