Jennifer Hudson Officially Announces 2009 Tour

Jennifer Hudson is officially back! Last week after her Super Bowl performance, Hollyscoop reported that Jennifer was planning on going on tour this year. And now we have the details!

Jennifer is kicking off the tour in Philadelphia on April 2nd, and will be co-headlining it with Robin Thicke! How amazing it that show going to be?!

The two will be hitting the road for 5 weeks straight, ending it in Houston on May 8th. Last night, Jennifer told People.com, “I am so grateful. My first Grammy and my first tour. It’s doesn’t get better than that.”

It’s so amazing that Jennifer has the strength to overcome what has happened to her and her family this year. Not many people would be able to bounce back the way she has. But despite the awful events that occurred back in October, Jennifer does have a lot of things to be grateful for, so it’s awesome to see her make the most of it! Check back for tour dates…
