Jordin Sparks Has Serious Throat Injury

American Idol winner Jordin Sparks may never be able to sing again. She's been diagnosed with a throat injury called acute vocal cord hemorrhage. Sounds awful! She was forced to cancel her performance on Saturday on the Alicia Keys tour, where she's the opening act. And same goes for all her upcoming shows as well.

Jordin is under strict orders from her doctors to rest her vocals and not perform until the condition improves. That has to be so difficult for her, especially since she's relatively new on the scene, and is just beginning her career. We wish her a full recovery!
