Jordin Sparks To David Cook: Get Some Sleep!

Jordin Sparks has just handed over her "American Idol" crown to new winner David Cook. And she has some good advice for him: get some sleep!

"Sleep as much as you can because you don't get any sleep," she told reporters after performing on Wednesday's finale. "It's a year later and I still haven't gotten a whole eight hours of sleep yet … I'm still reeling from winning last year. But, I guess I would say just try and enjoy every moment you have."

She says last night was total déjà vu for her, and she was just reliving the moment from when she won. But Jordin wouldn't tell reporters which David she preferred. She said she voted for both of them!
