Justin Bieber has been working to build his street cred, and I guess he might as well start with a Tupac song. During an interview with Power 105's morning show, The Breakfast Club, the pop star said Tupac was his favorite rapper. He then repeated a couple of line's from Tupac's classic, Thugz Mansion
"Dear momma don't cry, your baby boy's doin good. Tell the homies I'm in heaven and they ain't got hoods," he rapped.
“Pac for me, he talked about real stuff, he was just inspiring,” Justin Bieber explained.
So yeah, Biggie won the feud.
Anyway, the show's hosts asked him about a variety of subjects, including his upcoming work with Drake and Kanye on his next album.
"Hopefully it'll be out March, April," Justin announced.
They also asked Justin about what kind of car he drives, as he seems to be photographed behind the wheel of a different one each week.
"I drive a Range Rover. That's my main car," Beiber told the crew. "And then I just got this, like Batmobile-type thing."
Host " Charlamagne Tha God" was so impressed with Bieber's car collection, he told the pop star that Selena Gomez might be hot, but she's just not enough.
"You can't have one girlfriend driving that, Justin Biebs. Gotta have at least three or four girlfriends."
Justin stood up for his relationship with Selena, asking, "But why would I let something slip away [that's] so amazing?"
"That's true, but God created a thing called variety," Charlamagne insisted. "That's why you got more than one fruit. You got grapes, oranges, apples, and that's why you have so many different women out there. He wants you to partake. He wants you to indulge."
They then asked Justin about that epic Staples Center date he took Selena Gomez on:
"She was talking about she wanted to see 'Titanic' again, because she hadn't seen it since she was a little girl. We were fighting a little bit…and then I really wanted to take her somewhere special…and we had dinner in the middle of the Staples center. You got to treat a woman right."
And then, of course, the interview went to Beiber's infamous paternity drama with Mariah Yeater.
Charlamagne jumped in, saying when he read Mariah Yeater's report, and it claimed that Bieber didn’t want to use protection; the DJ felt a connection to Justin.
"Unprotected sex isn't the safest but it feels better," Charlamagne told Justin. "You'll learn that soon enough."
