Justin Bieber to Perform on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve

I know how Justin Bieber is celebrating New Year's eve.

It was just announced that Justin Bieber will perform on the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve show. He joins a lineup that already includes Lady Gaga, Pitbull and Ryan Seacrest as host.

The December 31 show is actually called "Dick Clark's New Years Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2012" but since that's too much of a tongue twister, I'm going to call it, NY Rockin' Eve.

This will be the 40th anniversary of the Dick Clark show and will air on ABC the night of New Years eve.

Justin Bieber called in to Ryan Seacrest's Kiis FM show, "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" and teased his New Years performance.

When Ryan asked what The Biebs plans were for New Years Eve, Justin was coy, "I think I'm gonna be with you, right?"

When Ryan joked that they weren't supposed to tell anyone the news yet, Justin said, "Tell whoever you want." So now the cat is out of the bag and Justin Bieber, Pitbull and Lady Gaga will all join Ryan Seacrest in Times Square this New Years.

Lady Gaga will probably be dressed as the dropping ball, Justin Bieber will supply the throngs of screaming masses, and Pitbill will bring the heat to the cold New York evening.

Last month it was announced that Gaga was the first artist to join the line-up, Ryan Seacrest said in a statement, "Lady Gaga is one of the most exciting and relevant artists of our time, and we're thrilled to have her join 'New Year's Rockin' Eve' this year in Times Square."

The program features 3 hours of NY Rockin' Eve, a break for an ABC new update, and returns for another 2 and-a-half hours broadcasting from New York and around the world beginning at 8pm. While Ryan Seacrest hosts the Times Square event, Fergie has been tapped to host the event in Los Angeles.

Bieber is currently on the South American leg of his world tour and has found that his international fans are even crazier than the American ones.

He says of his fans in South America, "Every place I've gone the fans have been really crazy. Like outside the hotels and I can't really go anywhere."
If this is any indication of how New Years Eve will go down, the already packed Times Square is gonna be assaulted by Beliebers. Citizen of New York; you've been warned.
