Over New Years Eve, Kanye West made his debut as a DJ. That's right, the rap mogul extraordinaire is now spinning tracks at nightclubs. He premiered his new talent in Vegas at the 1 Oak nightclub at the Mirage.

However, if you think Kanye West is going to DJ at your prom, you better have $500,000 to a million dollars, because that's how much we hear he charges for one DJ set.

But you'd be surprised to find out what other musicians and celebs have very lucrative careers as club DJ's.

Will.i.am: Now that the Black Eyed Peas are on an "indefinite hiatus," Will.i.am has taken some time to work on his DJ set. He was most recently spinning some tunes at Surrender Nightclub at Encore at the Wynn in Las Vegas for New Years Eves. His asking price is rumored to be around $100,000 per night.

Benji and Joel Madden: The brothers and former Good Charlotte members have begun side gigs as DJ's. They were recently DJ'ing at Gallery Nightclub at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas.

Nick Cannon: Nick Cannon is an actor, rapper, TV host and now he too is a DJ. When he spins he charges around $50,000 and if Mariah Carey makes an appearance, the figure jumps to $100,000.

Pete Wentz: Fall Out Boy member Pete Wentz has found time to start DJ'ing, his reported asking price begins at $30,000. Hey, Bronx Wentz needs a college tuition fund.

Lil Jon: In between making music and appearing as a featured artists on other people's tracks, Lil Jon boasts some Hip-Hop and House music DJ sets. He's had residencies over the year at various nightclubs in Vegas, and charges around $30,000 for a night.
