Katy Perry Announces World Tour

Katy Perry isn’t just a California Gurl--she’s about to be a world traveler! The soon-to-be Mrs. Russell Brand just announced the details for her California Dreams world tour for 2011.

She kicks things off in Portugal in February, and will continue throughout Europe until April. She’ll then come back to the U.S. and play several more dates.
