Kelly Rowland Dropped by Label

Kelly Rowland is having a tough couple of months! She not only just fired her manager, Beyonce ’s father, but now she’s been dropped by her label.

News of the World reports that Columbia has given Kelly the boot, despite her first two solo albums selling more than 4 million copies.

Apparently, the label feels she is “no longer commercially viable.” Ouch. So now she’s left with nothing!

Her split from Matthew Knowles was called amicable, but we know there’s more to that story.

At the time of the split, Knowles had kind words for her, saying "As an artist, Kelly has incredible talent and I only wish her the best. We will always be family first and foremost, and, as a dad, I only have love for Kelly."

Well, she’s going to need all the luck she can get! Hopefully Kelly will be successful in her new venture. She’s currently working on a new reality project called The Fashion Show, which she’ll be co-hosting with Isaac Mizrahi. We wish her the best!
