Kelly Rowland "Keep It Between Us" Music Video

Kelly Rowland just dropped her new video “Keep It Between Us” and if we’re talking weepy videos for R&B songs starring pretty people and lots of pretty locations, then this video takes the cake! This video beat out Beyonce’s “Best Thing I Never Had” video by a small margin, because that video was weepy as sh-t! Fake wedding!? C’mon!

In this romantic new video, scenes of Kelly and her onscreen love interest, played by actor Lance Gross, show the couple being perfect and in love in Paris, while scenes of a solo Kelly are intercut as she stares affectionately at old photos of when they were still in love.

Then at the halfway mark, things go south. Lots of meaningful stares are cast out of windows while Kelly rolls around in a bed, in a “I’m singing, but I’m in agony” kind of way.

Kelly soars over lyrics like “They say true love is enough, forever/ Then I’ll stay here in your arms forever” and also the hook, “So don’t give your love away/ And I won’t give my love away.”

The sad thing is, I think he did give his love away! Kelly’s man disappeared during the 2nd act, which I’m pretty sure means he gave his love away! Get him back girl! Kelly is usually very secretive about her dating life, so I wonder who the man is that inspired this soulful song.
