Lindsay Lohan sued rapper Pitbull back in August for what she claimed was using her name in a disparaging light.

In the song “Give Me Everything” by Pitbull, and co written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, he uses the phrase “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” which Lindsay claims is defamatory.

After trying to apologize and explain himself, Pitbull has finally filed a response to Lindsay’s lawsuit and slams the actress.

Basically, Lindsay filed the suit in NY State Court and claims she’s a resident of Nassau County, New York, but Pit is calling her out, claiming she’s been a resident and a criminal in California since 2004.

As was previously reported, Lindsay Lohan sued Pitbull for using her name in his song. She claims he used her name in an "offensive and disparaging manner," with the lyrics, "Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." But really, the only crime here is that he rhymed "flowin'" with "Lohan."

Pitball gave his first interview to Primer Impacto's Pamela Silva for Univision. Pitbull says his first reaction to the lawsuit was, "I was very surprised, to me it was very ironic, first I read it and I was like "Naw, this has got to be a joke."

Naw Pitbull, aren't you aware that Lindsay has already sued E-Trade for one of their talking baby commercials because the baby was simply named Lindsay? This b-tch doesn't mess around.
