Madonna Entering a "Brand New Era"

Madonna Entering a

It's been nearly 4 years since we heard new music from Madonna. I assumed that she had retired or moved into hating hydrangeas professionally.

Madonna, now at 53 years-of-age is ready to enter a "new era" of Madonna music. From what she's teased about her new single and her Super Bowl half-time performance, it seems like the Material Girl is changing up her image...again.

In a new post on her Facebook page, her management team writes:

"Fresh News From The Madonna Team: Madonna is currently filming the video to her brand new single with M.I.A & Nicki Minaj, which is directed by Megaforce. Later this week, she will create her new album's photoshoot with Mert & Marcus! Get ready for a brand new Madonna era and stay tuned for more exclusive updates," the post read.

I don't know what this brand new era could entail. She already pretended to be "like a virgin." She already influenced the entire style of 20-somethings in the 1980's. She already kissed Britney Spears and she already made cone shaped bras a thing. Here's what we know about her new music and her "new era" so far:

She's kissing Nicki Minaj and M.I.A? It's clear that Madonna is still going for shock value as Madge, Nicki and MIA recently wrapped up the music video for their new collaborative single and Nicki tweeted that she locked lips with the Queen of Pop. "OH MY f'ingggg Gahhhh!!!!! MADONNA jus kissed me!!!! On the lips!!!!!! It felt sooooo good. Soooo soft!!!! *passes out* aaahhhhhh!!!!!!" tweeted Minaj.

M.I.A also tweeted that some sort of girly action happened between her and Madonna. MIA tweeted, "Madonna killed it! A legend! Said she'd have me, I said I'll have her too, we had a 3sum M.N.M."
So we know that the new era of Madonna will still involve kissing girls.

We also know that Madonna has teamed up with Cirque Du Soleil. To ensure that Madonna's half-time performance at the Superbowl will be amazing, she has collaborating with the creative team from modern circus geniuses, Cirque Du Soleil.

She's also hired Jamie King to direct the performance, who has worked with her on most of her tours and has been creative director for popstars like Rihanna and Britney. Basically, Madonna is staffing the best-of-the-best for her return to music.

Madonna's lead single leaked online and while it's already been removed from the internet, the spoilers tell us that her lead single, "Give Me All Your Love" is a cheerleading inspired track, with a chanting chorus very much like the 1982 pop hit, "Hey Mickey."

With all this build up for Madonna's new album, she better deliver.
