Madonna Slams Janet Jackson: You Don't Have to Show Nipples to Be Interesting

So we all know that Madonna is performing at the Super Bowl. Old news, whatever, but in a recent interview for her new movie “W.E” Madonna talked about her upcoming Super Bowl performance and says she’s not going to resort to cheap thrills like “wardrobe malfunctions” to be exciting, which is a not-so-subtle jab at Janet Jackson’s infamous nipple slip at the 2004 Super Bowl.
Here’s what Madonna has to say about Janet Jackson’s Super Bowl performance, “I have not mainstreamed and I’m not planning anything naughty. I’m planning something super entertaining. Yep, yep! You don’t have to show nipples to be interesting. It doesn’t necessarily mean you’re cutting edge if you do, right?”
What the what!? Does Madonna even remember her OWN career? This woman felt her own self up onstage on a daily basis during her Blond Ambition Tour. I mean, Madonna made the pope angry. She used to have her dancers grope her onstage on the regular. What is she even talking about, “not planning anything naughty?”
Oh Madonna, just because you directed a movie about UK royalty, does not make you “better than us.” That being said, I cannot wait to see this “entertaining” show she has prepared!
