Madonna took a pretty big fall while performing in Rio over the weekend. But being the professional she is she just continued the concert and began making out with her female back-up dancer.

Now let's be honest, that was a big fall so we know that's gonna leave a mark. Let's just hope she didn't fire someone for her fall just because she was pissed.
