When your song hits number one all over the world, you can charge as much as you want to play concerts. And that's exactly what Madonna is doing.

  She's in finalizing negotiations to play two concerts in Dubai for $25 million.  That's unheard of!

If she accepts, some of that money better be going to charity, because she definitely does not need anymore cash!
