Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson has confessed that her fathers posthumous album, “Michael” which was released in December 2010 does not actual feature Michael’s voice, instead they used a sound-alike singer.
Whhaaatt? Apparently in 2010, just days before the “Michael” album dropped, Paris made an announcement during an online video chat with friends that the “voice” on the album was an MJ imposter named Jason Malachi.
In the online chat, Paris plays the song, “Hold My Hand” and one of the friends says that she doesn’t think the song sounds like MJ to which Paris replies, “It’s NOT him…the whole album isn’t even him!! Go online…go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That’s him!!”
Ok, so I did look up Jason Malachi and yes he is a singer, and yes his voice sounds a lot like Michael Jackson. Mostly, the same kind of people who didn’t believe that Beyonce was actually pregnant have made videos that attempt to out Malachi as the “real” MJ, or something. You know those conspiracy theory wing nuts and their youtube videos.
So anyways, back to Paris Jackson. In the online chat video she tells friends, “I should know if it’s him or not because he would sing to me all the time.”
Both Sony and Jason Malachi deny that it’s Malachi’s his voice on the album, but Paris is adamant it’s not her dads voice.
Apparently there are lots of offers to buy the footage of Paris making these accusations in the online video.
