Ginuwine Sues Record Label

Singer Ginuwine is sue happy! He is suing his record label for breach of contract and fraud. He claims that he was promised a $500,000 advance after signing with Michael Bourne's King Music Group last year and he was never paid.

After he signed the $1.75 million dollar deal he found out that there is no record that the label actually exists.

This is not the first time Ginuwine has filed a lawsuit against King Music. A similar suit was file earlier in 2007 and they had settled out of court.

Whatever really happened to Ginuwine? We haven't heard from him in a really long time! Maybe he should just consider early retirement.
