John Lennon Has Some Pricey Hair

A lock of John Lennon's hair sold for $48,000 Wednesday in an auction of Beatles' memorabilia collected by the band's hairdresser.

Those are some expensive locks! And a creepy hairdresser… The hair was placed inside an autographed copy of Lennon's book "A Spaniard in the Works" and sold to an unnamed telephone bidder. Maybe he/she has a hair fetish.
