After battling years of health issues, Nathaniel D. Hale, aka Nate Dogg, passed away late Tuesday night. The cause of death is not yet known.
Nate was famous for collaborating with artists like Eminem, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, who Tweeted last night:
“We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met.”
He added, "I miss u cuzz I am so sad but so happy I got to grow up wit u and I will c u again n heaven cuz u know d slogan."
Nate survived several strokes a few years ago. He was 41 years-old.
