Ne-Yo Sues R. Kelly

R. Kelly isn't having the best year. Right before Christmas, he went through some trouble in court over child molestation, and now he's getting sued by Ne-Yo.
He's filed a breach of contract and violation of the right of publicity lawsuit against the promoter of R. Kelly's current Double Up tour, Rowe Entertainment Inc.
Ne-Yo claims he was fired as the opening act of Kelly's tour after just two of the 25 dates because the audiences liked him better than Kelly. He is seeking unspecified damages in the suit and claims he is owed at least $735,000 from his original contract. Ouch.
