New Kids and Backstreet Boys to Ring in the New Year Together

If you’re a diehard New Kids On The Block and Backstreet Boys fan, you’d better start looking into a ticket to NYC this New Year’s Eve.

The ultimate boyband collaboration has just announced they’ll be performing at Dick Clark’s annual New Year’s Eve special from Time’s Square!

This will mark NKOTBSB’s official kick-off to the new year, when they’ll be traveling the states on their huge tour.

“The NKOTBSB just keeps snowballing … and nothing is as exciting as Times Square’s New Year’s countdown,” said the Backstreet Boys.

NKOTB added, “The excitement of this is just a glimpse of what our upcoming tour will be.”

The NYE special is turning out to be a huge event. Ke$ha and Taio Cruz are also slated to perform the event hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy.

"Ke$ha and Taio have had some of the year's most popular hits, and we are excited to welcome them to our New Year's Rockin' Eve' stage." Larry Klein, producer of the specials, added, "Taio and Ke$ha's energy in Times Square is going to be awesome. Their performances will be a great way to enter into the new year."

Fergie will be the west coast host from LA, and performances include Jennifer Hudson, Willow Smith, Ne-Yo, Avril Lavigne, Drake, Jason Derulo, La Roux, Mike Posner, Natasha Bedingfield, Far East Movement and Train.

I don’t even want to go out anymore after reading that lineup! A bottle of champagne and my couch sounds pretty amazing!
