Joseph Gordon Levitt and Zooey Deschanel Release New Year\'s Song
…And the hipster Gods ascended from the Heavens, declaring, 'Lo, it is writ. Thou shalt collaborate on ukuleles while donning tiaras.' They then retreated to the Great Temple Urban Outfitters.

Zooey Deschanel won't let up with the adorkable thing, and now, she's thrown Joseph Gordon-Levitt into the mix. The two recorded a cover of Frank Loesser's 1947 song, "What Are You Doing New Year's Eve."

If your answer is wearing a sparkly dress and tiara while you strum a ukulele, you are correct.

Zooey says she and Joseph have been friends since “the summer of 2000 while doing a tiny movie called Maniac, where we bonded over a mutual appreciation for Harry Nilsson and Nina Simone and I have been lucky enough to call him one of my dearest friends ever since.”

Of course, the two also both starred in 500 Days of Summer, where they “spent every lunch hour dancing to Marvin Gaye in the hair and make up trailer; we had loads of fun. I hope to do a thousand more movies with him because he’s simply the best," Zooey said.

You can't deny the cuteness.

Zooey and Joseph's duet was promoted on her Twitter page as well as HelloGiggles, a website Deschanel co-founded. The video has gone viral since appearing on Good Morning America. It was uploaded two days ago and already has nearly two million views. Pretty impressive considering there isn't a single talking cat in this video.
